Production time is separate from carrier transit time because FWSU merchandise is made to order.
Production and shipping
Production happens before carrier transit. Delivery time depends on the product, print provider, destination, and shipping method selected at checkout. For U.S. orders, Standard carrier transit is typically about 2–5 business days after production for most providers. Economy service, when offered, is typically about 4–8 business days after production. Holiday volume can extend both production and carrier times.
Wrong size, color, or change of mind
Because merchandise is made to order, returns or exchanges are not accepted for an incorrect size or color selection or for a change of mind. Please review the product details and size guide carefully before ordering.
Damaged items or manufacturing errors
If an item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing error, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include the order information and clear photos showing the problem. In most approved refund or replacement cases, the merchandise must be returned before the refund or replacement is completed. Do not discard or mail the item back until return instructions are provided. We may waive the return requirement when returning the item would be unsafe or impractical, such as shattered ceramic or another item that cannot reasonably be shipped back safely.
Delivery problems
Please double-check the shipping address before placing an order. Undeliverable or incorrectly addressed shipments may require a paid reprint or may qualify only for a partial refund depending on the circumstances.
